The trail is suitable for everyone including children from 10 years of age if experienced in walking. Hiking shoes (no trainers or ordinary shoes), water of at least 1.5L, waterproof jacket in case of rain, cap and sunscreen are strongly recommended. Snack and packed lunch may be needed.
