Italy’s largest tulip festival is back in Bologna.
A park planted with tulip bulbs, in typical Dutch style. Every year about 500,000 bulbs of more than 115 different varieties are planted.
A journey through colours and scents, learning about the origin and cultivation of this spectacular plant.
Visitors can pick the flowers assisted by guides, create a personalised bouquet, take themed souvenir photos and enjoy entertainment shows.
The park also features a full-scale Dutch mill, an emblematic giant clog and a food area where visitors can enjoy Dutch menus.
The park is accessible to people with disabilities or mobility impairments, bearing in mind that it is farmland and, in rainy weather, can become difficult to navigate.
