Inside the Rocca Sforzesca fortress in Dozza is the Enoteca Regionale dell’Emilia-Romagna. An association operating since 1970 for the promotion and enhancement of the regional wine heritage that has more than 200 members including wine, balsamic vinegar and spirits producers, protection and enhancement consortia, and associations representing the region’s sommeliers.
