Walking in the woods – Discovering Bologna’s parks

A morning out for the whole family on the trails of the Corno alle Scale Regional Park.

Through stories, explorations and tracking, we’ll discover how to find our way through the woods and how the creatures that live there go about their lives, following the rhythms of the seasons.

Setting off from the Madonna dell’Acero sanctuary, we’ll walk through beech and fir woods, learn to recognise trees and animals by observing the signs they leave behind, discover stories from the past, immerse ourselves in nature with all our senses and observe the wonders of the woodland.

Children and young people aged 4 to 17: € 10

Before booking, please bear in mind that:

• During the walk, you must comply with the rules of a Nature Reserve: stay on the paths, do not pick plants or gather wild produce, avoid making excessive noise, do not leave litter behind, do not light fires, and keep pets on a lead
• The walk is suitable for children aged 4 to 10
• Recommended clothing: hiking boots or suitable walking shoes, comfortable, season-appropriate clothing, a windcheater or rain jacket; a small rucksack containing water (1 litre per person) and a snack is recommended
