Just outside Bologna you can find La Rizzola winery, which for over 30 years has been producing Reno Pignoletto, Merlot and Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes, cultivated with organic and traditional methods, non-standardised wines that enhance the characteristics of the soil. We will then have their typical Apericena, with local products accompanied by their wines.
