Ponte Pasqualino is a family-run business in the countryside of Decima, a hamlet near San Giovanni in Persiceto: the flours of the ancient grains are derived from crops grown in their own fields and are all stone milled, an ancient technique that allows the grain's most precious virtues to be retained, resulting in a nutritionally richer product with a more intense aroma and flavour and greater digestibility.
