Rental terms:

• Book your scooter at the eXtraBO information point or on our website
• Pick up your scooter at Slow Emotion, Via Monte Grappa, 22b, Bologna
  Important: an identity document of the participants and the signing of a rental contract will be required at the time of collection
• When picking up the rental scooter, the customer will be asked to provide a credit card as a security deposit
• The scooter must be returned with the battery at least 80% charged, otherwise a charge of €20 will be payable upon return
• After your ride, return the scooter at the original pick-up point

Price
4h rental: 40€
8h rental: 60€
24h rental: 70€
If the hire is for two passengers, an additional €10 is required (please select the relevant price when booking)

Cancellation policy: Reservations can be cancelled or amended free of charge only up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time. Beyond that deadline, you will be charged the whole amount of the reservation with no exceptions applicable.
