Visit to an "Acetaia," where the renowned traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP is crafted. Discover how "the black gold of Modena" is produced. At the end of the tour, enjoy a tasting of all the acetaia's products, including the prestigious "Affinati" vinegars (aged a minimum of 12 years in barrels) and "Extra Vecchi" vinegars (aged a minimum of 25 years).
