Visit an "Acetaia," where the renowned traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP is crafted. Discover how "the black gold of Modena" is produced. At the end of the tour, enjoy a tasting of all the acetaia's products, including the prestigious "Affinati" vinegars (aged a minimum of 12 years in barrels) and "Extra Vecchi" vinegars (aged a minimum of 25 years).
